Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How soon will my order ship? A: I make every effort to ship items as quickly as possible. Generally, orders for stock items ship within 1-4 weeks, longer during exceptionally busy times or when I am on the road. Custom and specially made items may also take a little longer. For items like bellywraps and seasonal panties, choosing "Any" for the color and letting me surprise you will shorten arrival time quite a bit.
